Who owns the images on marqi.cloud
Unless a picture is explicitly credited to someone else, every diagram, photograph and
illustration published on marqi.cloud is created by MarQi Cloud and owned by MarQi Cloud,
190 Bluegrass Valley Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30005. That includes the architecture diagrams,
the pricing and comparison graphics, and the photographs taken inside our Zone1 data
center.
What you may do without asking
You may reproduce our diagrams and data center photographs in editorial and educational
contexts — news articles, analyst notes, conference slides, university course
material, technical blog posts — provided that:
- the image is not altered beyond resizing and cropping that preserves its meaning;
- the credit line “MarQi Cloud” appears with the image; and
- a visible link points to https://marqi.cloud/ or to
the page the image was taken from.
No fee, registration or written permission is required for that use.
What needs written permission
- Use in paid advertising, packaging, or any material that implies MarQi Cloud endorses a
product or company. - Redistribution of our images as part of a stock library, template pack or dataset,
including training datasets sold or licensed to third parties. - Any use of the MarQi Cloud name, logo or wordmark as a trademark rather than as a
credit line.
Third-party marks
Some pages show the logos of the open source projects we run — Apache CloudStack,
Ceph, PetaSAN, Ubuntu, WireGuard, MariaDB and YugabyteDB among them. Those marks belong to
their respective owners and are shown to identify the technology in use. This license does
not cover them, and their presence on this site does not imply that those projects endorse
MarQi Cloud.
How to request a license or a higher-resolution file
Write to support@marqi.cloud or call
+1 770-369-9321 and tell us which image you need, where it
will appear, and in what size. Press and analyst requests are answered by the same
engineers who operate the platform, and original-resolution files are available on
request.
Reporting a problem
If you believe an image on this site infringes your rights, contact
support@marqi.cloud with the URL of the page, the
image in question and a description of the claim. Security-related reports follow the
process published at
/.well-known/security.txt.
